Gut-Friendly, Crunchy, Chewy, Grain-Free Granola 🤤
Most store bought granola is loaded with added sugar and full of inflammatory grains and gluten. This granola is SO much better than store-bought AND it’s grain-free, naturally sweetened, packed with protein, fibre, healthy fats & gut-healing collagen!!👏🏻
To top it off, it’s both crunchy AND chewy.

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup chopped almonds
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 chopped hazelnuts
1/2 cup shredded, unsulphured coconut
2 tbsp almond flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp real salt
1 tsp natural vanilla

2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
DIRECTIONS:

Add everything to a bowl, mix and press into a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350 for 18-20 mins, depending on the crunch level you desire!
Serve with dairy-free milk, over coconut yogurt or eat on it’s own!
P.S. The collagen and maple syrup together are what make this granola chewy at the bottom, so I’m not sure how it would work without them.
