Immune Boosting Apple Cider Vinegar, Manuka Honey & Dijon Dressing

This salad dressing has been my absolute go-to for so long now! It’s such a great mix of sweet, sour and savory. Whenever I can get in some raw apple cider vinegar I try to, because it’s so good for you! The raw garlic, apple cider vinegar, oregano and raw manuka honey are great for supporting the immune system and very delicious!

Makes: 1-2 servings, so you may need to double or triple the recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Chosen Foods avocado oil (you could also use olive oil)

  • 1/8 cup raw apple cider vinegar (I use Bragg because it’s unpasteurized and high quality)

  • 1 tsp Maison Orphee dijon mustard (I use this brand because it’s very clean)

  • 1/2 tsp Wedderspoon raw manuka honey (regular raw honey will also work - just make sure it’s raw for the immune-boosting benefits!)

  • 1 clove fresh garlic, peeled

  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

  • sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Blend all the ingredients in a blender cup or high powered blender.

Tip: You can also use this dressing on gluten-free pasta salad, cooked veggies and other foods!
