Pudding Ingredients:
¼ cup chia seeds (ideally raw)

½ scoop Ancient Nutrition Vanilla Bone Broth Protein (optional, but adds some sweetness from the monk fruit)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp Manitoba Harvest hemp hearts
¼-½ tsp himalayan sea salt
1 cup unsweetened coconut, almond, or other plant-based milk (I used ½ thai kitchen full-fat coconut milk & ½ so delicious unsweetened coconut milk)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract (if not adding vanilla protein)
1 Tbsp 100% pure maple syrup or melted raw honey (optional)
Strawberry Topping:
1 cup frozen organic strawberries
optional (but recommended!) toppings:
A drizzle of raw almond butter
Unsweetened, unsulphured shredded coconut
More cinnamon & hemp hearts
Directions:
Add all dry ingredients and mix well
Add plant-based milk and mix well
Let the mixture sit for 5-7 minutes to thicken and gel up
While pudding is thickening, add strawberries to a pot on the stove and warm on medium heat until softened.
Top with cooked strawberries and other toppings and enjoy!
